Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the flyinfinity.com.tr website (the “Website”) operated by Fly Infinity Paragliding Company (“Fly Infinity”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Cancellation

By making a booking on our Website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our booking form. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment can be made using the available payment methods on our Website and then in-office.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable and do not statute as full payment. In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Fly Infinity reserves the right to cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the activity or provide a full refund.

2. Participation Requirements

Participants must meet the following requirements to partake in our paragliding activities:

• Be at least 4 years old and/or have the consent of a parent or guardian;
• Weigh between 18 kg and 110 kg;
• Be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by paragliding;
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; and
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet these requirements or who we deem unfit to participate in the activity.

3. Limitation of Liability

Paragliding is an adventurous activity with inherent risks. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Infinity, its employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from or related to your participation in our activities, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause. Nonetheless, Fly Infinity is fully insured, please ask or e-mail about our insurance policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Fly Infinity or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of Fly Infinity, or used with permission.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fly Infinity. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Fly Infinity shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Website after the

effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to periodically check these Terms for any updates or changes.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fly Infinity, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.
